PRO 避震器維修工房位於台灣台中市大雅區，專注於避震器維修、懸吊系統服務與避震器產品供應。我們累積超過二十年的避震器相關經驗，長期投入於避震器結構研究、維修技術與懸吊設定領域。這一切的開始，源自於第一台車 —— Subaru Impreza GC8 手排車型。從那時開始，對於車輛操控與懸吊系統產生濃厚興趣，並逐漸深入研究避震器的結構、阻尼設定與不同品牌設計之間的差異。結合機械加工背景，我們能從工程角度理解避震器內部結構與加工精度對性能所帶來的影響。在實際使用與維修經驗中，我們發現許多車輛的懸吊問題往往來自於設定不當，例如阻尼設定不匹配、彈簧磅數選擇不適合，或避震器行程不足等。這些因素都會直接影響車輛在操控與舒適性之間的平衡。在 PRO 避震器維修工房，每一支避震器都會進行完整分解，內部零件徹底清潔，並更換必要的耗材。我們會對重要零件進行尺寸量測與檢查，確認符合正確規格後再進行組裝與設定。避震器的設定並非單一調整，而是需要依據車輛重量、運動比、彈簧磅數與使用需求進行整體搭配。除了避震器維修之外，我們也提供客製化懸吊設定、阻尼調整與避震器相關技術服務，並提供 KCS 避震器 與 H.DRIVE 懸吊系統 等產品。透過實際測量與數據分析，我們協助車主建立合適的懸吊設定，使車輛在不同使用環境下都能維持穩定且可靠的動態表現。PRO 避震器維修工房致力於以工程與數據為基礎，提供專業的避震器維修與懸吊服務，讓每一套避震器都能發揮應有的性能。

PRO Suspension Service Workshop is located in Taichung, Taiwan, and specializes in suspension servicing, suspension support, and performance suspension supply. With over twenty years of experience working with suspension systems, our work focuses on suspension structure analysis, service procedures, and suspension setup.

Our journey began with our first vehicle — a manual Subaru Impreza GC8. From that point, a strong interest in vehicle dynamics and suspension systems gradually developed into a deeper exploration of suspension construction, damping characteristics, and the design differences between various suspension brands. With a background in mechanical machining, we approach suspension systems from an engineering perspective, paying close attention to internal structure and component precision.

Through years of hands-on experience, we found that many suspension-related issues are not caused by component failure alone, but often by incorrect setup — such as improper damping adjustment, unsuitable spring rates, or insufficient suspension travel. These factors can significantly influence vehicle stability, handling, and ride quality.

At PRO Suspension Service Workshop, every suspension unit is fully disassembled during service. Internal components are thoroughly cleaned, and all necessary wear parts are replaced. Critical components are carefully measured to verify correct dimensions before reassembly.

Suspension setup is treated as a complete system rather than a single adjustment. Factors such as vehicle weight, motion ratio, spring rate, and intended vehicle use are considered when configuring damping and suspension characteristics.

In addition to suspension servicing, we provide customized suspension setup, damping adjustment, and technical consultation. We also supply suspension products including KCS suspension systems and H.DRIVE suspension systems. Through measurement, data analysis, and practical experience, we assist vehicle owners in achieving well-balanced suspension performance for their specific applications.
